Challenges overcome
The estate manager needed to replace failing block paving across a busy courtyard without ever closing pedestrian access, and required SuDS compliance to satisfy the local authority.
Installation process
Working in five phases with full RAMS, we removed the paving, regulated the base and installed a two-tone Slate Storm and Nordic Ash scheme with aluminium demarcation lines guiding pedestrian flow.
Before & after results
Delivered on programme with zero access interruptions. The permeable finish eliminated standing-water complaints and the estate has appointed us for two further sites.
