These terms are maintained by STENCIL - TECH LIMITED and govern use of this website and the services we offer. Full contractual terms for any installation are supplied with your written quotation.
Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, specifications, colours and pricing shown online are indicative only and may change without notice. Any binding offer is made in your written quotation.
Quotations
All quotations are subject to a free site survey and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Variations, additional groundworks or third-party works required after the survey may attract additional charges, agreed with you in writing before work proceeds.
Installations & guarantee
All qualifying new Resi-Tech installations are covered by a five-year guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions of the guarantee. Full terms, conditions, exclusions and maintenance requirements are supplied with your handover pack and are available on request before you place an order.
Payments & cancellation
Payment terms, deposit amounts, cancellation rights and the statutory cooling-off period (where applicable) are set out in your written quotation and order documents. Please read those documents carefully before accepting a quotation.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, product names and logos — is the property of STENCIL - TECH LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
