UV-stable aliphatic resin only
Cheap aromatic resin yellows within a few years. We use only UV-stable aliphatic resin from established UK-manufactured systems, so the colour you approve on day one is the colour you have in year twenty.
Base preparation done properly
Almost every resin driveway failure traces back to the base. Every Resi-Tech site is moisture-metered, straight-edged and mechanically prepared before mixing. If the base is not right, we fix it before we lay resin — full stop.
Five-Year Installation Guarantee
For added peace of mind, qualifying new Resi-Tech installations include a five-year guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions of the guarantee. Full terms, conditions, exclusions and maintenance requirements are available on request.
Weather-window discipline
We work to a written weather policy: minimum surface and air temperatures, dew-point margin and rain-window rules. If conditions are not right we reschedule — a driveway is a 20-year decision, not a one-day decision.

What resin do you use?
We use only UV-stable aliphatic resin from established UK-manufactured resin bound systems. Cheaper aromatic resins yellow within a few years — aliphatic resin holds its clarity for the full lifespan of the surface. Batch data is included in your handover pack.
