Resin bound is one of the lowest-maintenance surfaces you can install — but there is a right and a wrong way to clean it.
How often
A quick sweep monthly, a full jet wash annually. That's genuinely all it needs in a normal UK domestic setting.
What NOT to use
Bleach, acid brick cleaners, strong solvents and rotary/turbo nozzles all risk dulling the aggregate or lifting the surface. If in doubt, use warm water and a soft brush.
Diesel and oil spills
Blot immediately with paper towel, then apply a small amount of dish soap and warm water. Do not let it soak in — resin is oil-resistant but not oil-proof at high concentration.
